Please read our shipping and return policy carefully before placing your orders through our website.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Once your order is confirmed, we prepare and hand it over to the delivery company within 1–2 business days.
Shipping usually takes around 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

All products are shipped in sealed boxes or bags, exactly as we receive them from our suppliers.
The delivery company is not allowed to open any package — your order will arrive sealed and unopened.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges
If you need to cancel or return your order for any reason, you have the right to do so within 14 days of receiving your shipment.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be in their original condition, unused, unopened, and with original tags and packaging.

• You must provide proof of purchase (such as your receipt or order confirmation email).

Important: Returns sent without prior request and approval will not be accepted.
